Bring your quality preloved items into store for us to assess. Once accepted, we’ll price and display them for sale. When your item sells, you’ll receive store credit to spend in store.

There is a limit of 50 items per viewing. For first time clients, there will be a $5.00 viewing fee. For returning clients, there is no viewing fee.

We’re looking for items that are clean, fresh, well-presented and free from stains, holes, damage or excessive wear. We want every item on our shelves to be something we’d be happy to buy ourselves!

Clothes need to be washed and ironed. Books need to be free from marks, rips or writing. Toys need to be in clean & working condition.

Your store credit is added to your customer account as your items sell. You can use your available credit towards purchases in store.

Items will be displayed for an agreed period. If an item hasn’t sold within that time, the item will be donated according to our store policy.

Items are subject to sale and discounts.

Absolutely! We’re not just about clothing. We’re also interested in toys, books, accessories, baby items and other quality preloved treasures.

Not necessarily. We carefully select items based on condition, season, brand, style and current stock levels so we can keep our range fresh and appealing.

You must stay on site whilst we are viewing your items and any rejected items will be returned to you.

Our team will assess each item and determine a suitable selling price based on its condition, brand, age, demand and current market value.

Consignment percentages range from 20 - 50%. There is a $0.10 admin fee per item that will be deducted from the account.

No! Anyone can bring in eligible preloved items, you don't need to have purchased from us previously.
